Top 10 Instagram Locations in London PART 2 with @LoveEnglishUK

Welcome to Eat Sleep Dream English for a super special video because I'm joined by Love English.

That's right Leila and Sabrah have come up from sunny Bournemouth, thank you guys. We've

brought the sun so it's sunny in London. That never happens. Thank you so much. So we've

been filming a really special collaboration which was 'Instagrammable pics in London'.That's

right, the top ten Instagrammable places in London. Stay tuned.

Ok, so if you haven't already checked out part one you can go to Love English above,

click the link. In part one we looked at some amazing places. We did, we are very lucky

to be shown round by a real Londoner. We say Spitalfields, St Paul's, we went to a secret

spot in St Paul's for a perfect Instagram picture. What else did we see? We've seen

so much, why don't you click the link above to check it out. But don't worry girls, i've

got some more places up my sleeve. I don't believe, you've shown us so many fantastic

places, how could there be more? I've got five more amazing places. We're going to start

here in Trafalgar Square. This is the heart of London, this is where we come to celebrate

any sporting event or New Year's Eve, this is where we come. Or at the moment we've got

Eid festival going on. We've also got lots of culture here, we have the National Gallery

in the background there with art from all over the world. It's a very famous art gallery.

We have Nelson's Column.And I like the lions. The lions are cool. Great for selfies. So

have you guys been here before? I have been here quite a few times yeah and I'll you guys

a little story. I came here on New Year's eve. So lots of people come to Trafalgar Square

on New Year's eve and the tradition is to jump in the fountain behind here. However

it's very cold on New Year's eve in England so i wasn't quite ready to jump completely

in but Idid put my leg in. Very brave! So we're going to get some amazing Instagram

shots here with the lions or with Nelson's Column which ever you want.Let's go and explore

guys.

Guys you join me at our next Instagrammable spot. This is Notting Hill. Now Notting Hill

is easily one of the coolest areas in London, in fact it's even had a film named after it.

Notting Hill is an area of adjectives. You could use so many it's charming, colourful,

vibrant, funky, cute there are so many adjectives to describe this place. And as I look around

I can see so many cool things to Instagram. One of the big reasons why tourists come to

Notting Hill is for the market. It's on a Saturday and it's called Portabello market

and it was traditionally an antiques market but now you can get pretty much anything there

t-shirts, key rings things like that. So it's on a Saturday and it's good fun, it's a pretty

cool place to come and hang out and obviously then you get to walk around Notting Hill,

see the colourful houses and take a few Instagram shots, so that's we are going to do right

now.

As I'm walking around it's amazing. So right behind me there are two people taking like

an Instagram photo and right in front of me there's a couple having their wedding photos

taken. So you can see it's a pretty iconic place to come for photography.

Hi guys, so we're at our next Instagram pic perfect spot. We are on the street of Whitehall

outside Horse Guards Parade. yep there it is. And behind me i think you can see a guard

and a horse. Yeah, so this is where they hold the Trooping of the Colour which is a celebration

of the Queen's birthday. The troops are presented to her and she inspects them. It's a big thing

here. A lot of people will come to visit specifically for that. And there's a lot of focus on the

troops here, the Queen's troops because of the amazing, not costumes, uniforms yeah.

And this is why it's the perfect Instagram spot because like the uniforms are so impressive.

The guards here are on horses so you can a photo with the guards here or at Buckingham

Palace there's also the guards there. And also the Beefeaters at the Tower of London

as well. Awesome Instagram spots. Hey guys we have ventured closer to the guard and the

horse. As you can see the sign does say beware, be careful the horse can kick and bite. Alright,

ready? So we're going to venture nearer to get our Instagram photo. I think we can do

it from here. Ok, let's try and do it. Here we go. Ready?

Alright, so we're just walking down from Horse Guards Parade down Whitehall and we have come

to Downing Street. And who lives there? The Prime Minister. Yeah Absolutely. And it's

quite heavy security isn't it. There's a lot of policeman. And a lot of tourists taking

photos. It's a good Instagram spot actually as well. You can't really see Downing Street,

you can we've got all the bars around the street. Yeah let's spin you around, let's

show you what we can see. There it is, so you see the gates, the policemen. London is

busy. It's busy, it's all going on.

What's another good Instagram spot? let's think of another one. We've been to St Paul's.

We've been to the Millennium bridge. Yeah. We've been to Spitalfields, where next? Where

could it be? Of course! No, trip around London looking at the Instagram spots would be complete

without a red phone box. Iconic London, right here. Every body who comes to London takes

photos in the phone box outside or in they are a very real very traditionally British

thing associated with London of course as well. Red like the London buses of course

too. Well come on Sabrah let's take a picture. Selfie!

Here we go guys with number ten our final Instagrammable spot, Big Ben. It's amazing

and a beautiful sunny day. Yay! Finally! Now Big Ben is incredibly famous but did you know

that it's actually the name of the bell not the tower. What is the tower called Sabrah?

The Elizabeth tower, I've done my homework. Yes, it was named, renamed again after Queen

Elizabeth jubilee, I think the 60th jubilee, yes. Oh leila's got some knowledge this time.

Yeah some impressive knowledge Leila. Last time she was useless. It was built in the

1850s, something like that. The Elizabeth tower but the parliament. Ah now, now history

guys you have to come to me, Ido like a bit of history. So the houses of parliament behind

us also known as the palace of Westminster. What's in it Leila? Politicians. So what two

houses are in it guys? Come on let me see if you know your politics. We've got the commons.

yeah the house of commons and the house of lords. Well done Tom very good. So did you

know that there was once a secret plot to blow up parliament?A man named Guy Fawkes

and his companions, they wanted to blow up parliament because they thought politicians

were corrupt and they didn't like the king. So in 1605 on the, do you remember which day

guys? November the seventh? Leila! On the fifth of November they tried to blow up the

parliament however they were not successful and they were all killed by the king. And

this is why we have bonfire night where we basically make an effigy, yeah an effigy,

a replica of Guy Fawkes and we burn him. We burn him in a pile of flames which we call

the bonfire. And we have fireworks as well. So that is the fifth of November, that's why

we do that firework night. A bit of history. So I've brought you guys here because there

is one of the best Instagrammable spots in London and it's super secret. You have to

walk across Westminster bridge and then you come down the steps and there are a few more

people here now than before but it's still pretty secret. So we're going to check it

out. Yeah we're going to take some final selfies oh sad it's finishing. It's come to an end.
